Padma joined us this summer. She is Majenkir Bookstor Wild Lotus, bred by our mentor Karen Staudt Cartabona, and Karen & Howard Spey. We took Padma out to play in some dog show puppy classes and she pleasantly surprised us finishing her championship at 9 months old with wins over more mature dogs, including specials, a hound group second in a competitive end of year line-up over Top 10 hounds, two puppy hound group wins, and a Puppy Best in Show! We got glowing feedback from the judges and are very much enjoying watching her grow. Majenkir is a very special bloodline and we cannot thank her breeders enough for letting us have her as one of our foundation bitches.
